Seton Hall 36, UC 30 - halftime

UC scored nine points in the first four minutes, 21 in the last 16. Say what you want about officiating, but this UC team just doesn't attack the basket enough to get to the free throw line. The Bearcats have attempted only three free throws in the first half. UC is terribly out of sync offensively agaisnt a team that ranks last in the league in scoring defense.

Gosh, I'm hoping that the ESPN announcers mention our loss to UConn again in the second half. They haven't driven in the point yet after bringing it up 15 times in the first half.

22 points in the first 8 minutes and 8 points in the following 12. We need Williamson back in the game.

We're a different team on the road...

Outscored by 15 points after an 9-0 start by a weak defense team. And how many turnovers in the first half? Really a cause for concern. And next year, who runs the show at point? Let's blame the officials!!

We need Vaughn to heat up.

Senator jim,
Let's just hope Mick Cronin doesn't blow the game for UC, like he did in the U Conn game by getting a tech foul.

bearcatdave,

I thought the missed free throws (1 for 4 at the foul line) lost us the game. That and a bad foul on a freshman.

The T was unacceptable on Mick, but stop looking for reasons to blame him for the loss.
