USF 39, UC 37 - 9:08 second half

The Gransberry injury was not serious. He came right back into the game and just made a layup to give the Bulls their first lead since the 7:13 mark of the first half. UC is shooting a woeful 31.1 percent from the field.

This is just not a good team. I know some of you will say, "But we are 8-5 in the Big East." That's right and I am ecstatic about that. Yet, the record, in itself, doesn't tell the whole story. But, the important thing is that we're still breathing and looking for postseason play. That way, we'll have more memories of Adam H. to fondly recall. Kinda reminds us of the Kenyon Martin days...LOL

I look at the stats of some Big time centers against Adam like Gransberry and Dorsey and I know the stiffs are the clowns who diss and boo their own players. Shame. On. You.

wheres the rest of the game blog?

Adam H. plays great defense and hustles as much or more than any player on the team. They wouln't have won without his defense on Gransberry, and that is the bottom line. Give the guy some respect.

A win is a win. Really needed more from Williamson. Adam H was good, bad, good, bad. In the end, bad pass and bad free throw miss. Coulda used a charge call. I'm worried about G'town.

Adam H played great defense tonight holding Gransberry to 7 points after a game where he went for 26 points 15 boards and 6 blocks against UConn. He has kept several centers in check against us. THe bottom line is that he plays hard every play, hustles, rebounds and plays defense very well. We would not have 8 wins without him and that is a fact. He also came to UC when we were at our weakest ever.

Adam H. is the greatest. He plays good defense. He can set a pick and roll. That's all just swell. He also almost singlehandedly lost the game tonight. He can't make a bunny. How many of you wish he was with the team for another three years? The fact that he's even here is a statement is to just how good? this team is? But, I'll take an overachieving team any day - and we have one!

You are correct, sir! Adam H is a stiff. He cost us the Crosstown Shootout and he almost cost us tonight's game. Why are these European players so soft?

Really? No kidding? That's the only time since the Badger or Yates days that he could have gotten a foot in the door or a second on the floor!

First off by weakest I mean we needed to field a team and were given two months and Cedric McGowan and Ron Allen, NBA allstar.

Adam H. came here in August when we had no filled scholarships for the team that started play in November. He also sacrificed by sitting out a year.

Badger and Yates didn't have the circumstance that Mick walked into having to fill a team in two months.

Adam did not single handedly cost us the game. What about Sikes missing two free throws in the last minute, what about Vaughn missing the back end free throw in the last two minutes.

Mick also told him to foul Gransberry if he got the rebound cause he shoots like 50% from the line.

What about the two saves that Adam had diving out of bounds to save the poessession? Focus on the negatives.

Mick should bench Adam H the rest of the season. He's not equipped to play D-1 basketball.
