Georgetown 17, UC 11 - 7:48 first half
The Bearcats still have only two field goals. They have had five shots blocked and they have committed seven turnovers. In short, they are not having much success attacking the Georgetown defense. Deonta Vaughn has not scored. He has attempted only one shot. You can see how the Hoyas overplay the ball on the perimeter, almost daring you to dump it inside where the shot blockers can get at you.

Does Mick know ANYTHING at all about offense? He can't seem to design even one quality play.
No team is this poor against Georgetown on 3-pointers. Mick seems clueless here.
This team looks worse than last year's against Georgetown. This team is still not close. As some here tried to point out to deaf ears, this team barely beat Rutgers and South Florida. They got lucky to win both games. They will soon be 8-7 in the league and in the bottom half of the league where their talent level dictates. They will also be 13-14 and not even close to any tourney. Mick still has a LONG way to go.
Deonta might be the most overrated player in the Big East. The majority of his games lately are total clunkers where he barely even takes a couple shots in a half and turns the ball over, etc. etc.
This program is still very far off, as Pitt will likely blow them out as well. Reality check time.
We unfortunately don't have a coach right now who will likely have this team to the Final Four next year like other coaches do by their third season (as we KNOW).
Did they even prepare for this game at ALL? They look like they don't care one bit.
Where is everybody who always telling us what a GREAT coach Mick is? Have all the members of the "We Love Mick No Matter What' Fan Club gone into hiding? Or are they just waiting to see if UC loses by 30, or just by 25?
